I contacted the company mid morning about my squealing dryer and their friendly technician arrived about an hour later. He provided an estimate and was able to match another estimate I had received. He had the necessary part & he even cleaned & lubricated the dryer components. He seemed very thorough & was completed within a few hours. I also appreciated that he explained that his company is also able to clean the exhaust roof vent if needed in future to avoid lint fires. He also gave me six months parts and labor warranty. Dmitriy from Wakehub LLC performed a thorough diagnosis!!! The refrigerator requires extensive parts and labor. Given the total estimated cost, making repairs on this older unit not financially viable. I am replacing the unit per recommendations. In discussions with Dmitriy he provided model recommendations for purchase. Thank you for your time in this matter.

I believe I have used this company twice now, but lost the contact info the first time. That time was my LG washer. Very honest. Told me they could fix it for x amount but I would end needing a new washer anyway. This time my dryer was making a scraping sound and I wanted to know if it was an upcoming failure problem because I could not figure it out. For only $69 service fee for coming out, he fixed the problem. Glad to have found an appliance company I feel like I can trust. Also, they are timely and give you a 2-hour window when they will arrive. Dmitry did a great job!

We have had the compressor on our LG refrigerator replaced twice in the last 3 years so when the temperature rose we assumed it was the compressor. Dmitriy from Wakehub performed a diagnostic and stated it probably wasn't the compressor since it had been changed twice. We okayed a pressure test and sure enough it was a small leak in the fresh food evaporator which probably had been the issue all along. Dmitriy had the necessary part with him as the office had contacted us for the model information earlier. The refrigerator is now running at the perfect temperature.
