Our 2009 Samsung refrigerator is awesome. But recently the ice cream turned into soft serve. We found Alex and Victor and within 24 hours everything is working. Filter clogged. It was replaced. Leak in coils discovered and fixed. Freon recharged. Very knowledgeable and professional young men. All questions were answered completely. Highly recommend!
